i don't get these comics, they don't at all relate to the videogame, or not the way i remember anyway. if they DID, you would see him running around a geometrically impossible, quasi-3dimensional HELL, saying something like "i sure would like to got to the left now!" Then his body would act against his own will and judgment, and he would jump diagonally down and to the left, which wouldn't make any goddamn SENSE, and would put him face to face with that coiled up sproingy snake. he would then say "oh shit, i sure would like to go up and to the right now, since i guess my body only knows diagonal movements" so you would press up and low and behond, the motherfucker would jump off into the abyss to his left.

so i think i get the comics now. qbert must suffer in these comic to repay the sins of his god-awful control scheme.
